Our mission is to provide personalized, dignified, and trauma-informed care tailored to the unique needs of veterans and their spouses. Through a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach, we offer in-home and virtual services that promote independence, enhance quality of life, and support physical and emotional well-being.

Our Services

We offer a full spectrum of home care services—ranging from behavioral health support to physical rehabilitation and personal assistance. All care is delivered by licensed and compassionate professionals committed to honouring the service and sacrifice of our veteran community.

Behavioral Health Support

Delivered by: Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Clinical Psychologists, and VA-Certified Peer Support Specialists

Our Behavioral Health Services Include:

  • Mental health assessments and screenings (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PTSD)

  • Individual and group counseling (in-home or via telehealth)

  • Support for substance use disorders and referrals

  • Crisis intervention and emotional stabilization

  • Trauma-informed care and PTSD management

  • Readjustment counseling and veteran peer support programs

  • Coordination with VA mental health services

Compliance: Licensed by state behavioral health boards, Medicaid enrolled, and VA Community Care Network credentialed (when applicable)

Chiropractic & Physical Therapy


Delivered by: Licensed Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, and PT Assistants

Our Rehabilitation Services Include:

  • Chiropractic adjustments for pain and mobility issues

  • Post-operative and injury-related rehabilitation

  • Fall prevention and gait training

  • Range-of-motion, strength, and balance exercises

  • In-home exercise plans and pain management protocols

  • Recommendations for durable medical equipment (DME)

Compliance: State licensing, Medicare Part B, private pay, and VA-approved services

Basic Home Care (Non-Medical Support)

Our services are thoughtfully designed to address the complex and evolving needs of veterans, providing integrated support for housing stability, mental health care, and substance use recovery.
